This hotel is a hidden gem in the Upper West Side! The location is perfect for exploring Central Park and the surrounding area. The room I stayed in was beautiful and spacious, providing a cozy retreat after a day in the city. However, my experience was slightly marred by a rude staff member at reception and some confusion regarding the unexpected charges on my credit card.
